PotluckNovember2010We had a very successful potluck the Saturday after Thanksgiving.  Eng's fried bananas  At top right is Erin's casava cake. It is Phillipino style with her added touch of a layer of custard on top. Just the right sweetness, wow, yummy! To the left was fantastic lumpia from Jon.  Another view of the casava cake.  At top left is a partial view of home-made hummus from P.H. He makes it without vinegar, unlike the ones in the store which are always too sour!    Awesome glass noodle from Neng  Johny's comment about the potluck, thumbs up!  Watch out LL Cool J, here comes Ladies Love Cool Ken!!  The Trinh's family  The grandmaster L  Lin doesn't socialize when it comes to eating. "Don't bother me, I am eating!"  That's Tim's puppy Abby staying close to mummy Maureen and being harassed by Eng's kids Megan and Aaron.  Who invite Pacquiao?  Still eating? Now we know why he is so powerful with his punch.   Jon, what a nice guy. Pickup the ball for lady(only!)   Ken's turkey! He forgot to bring a carving knife earlier, so it is still waiting to be eaten. Carve it with your bat, Ken! |
